Writing Tips: Choice Begins with You

To write or not to write, that is the question. Here, the pen is mightier than the sword. I went to sleep last night thinking about choice, and woke up inspired.

What became so clear to me as I woke up was that it was entirely up to me, to write or not to. It is my choice:

• when to write,
• why to write,
• how to write, and
• what to write.

Nobody is forcing me, nobody is waiting on me to finish that novel, that nonfiction book, this blog post. Not really.

I do know my content will find its audience, that’s what we all hope for.
